Project Description:
Nulab provided comprehensive technical support for the planning submission of a new residential building containing seven flats. Working in collaboration with a UK-based architecture firm, we delivered the full package required for council approval.

The project involved modeling the proposed design in Revit and producing all technical drawings, along with a detailed Design and Access Statement in accordance with local regulations. Our work enabled the lead architect to focus on concept and client communication, while Nulab ensured documentation accuracy and submission readiness.
