Project Description:
Nulab was responsible for the technical development and documentation of a rear extension project that transformed a pre-existing pergola into a fully enclosed gourmet space. The project required integrating new materials with the existing structure, optimizing natural lighting, and ensuring proper thermal performance in a newly covered area.
The interior layout was carefully restructured to enhance functionality and comfort, with complete documentation produced in Revit, including construction drawings and detailing for on-site execution.
