Nulab was responsible for the complete architectural documentation of this single-storey sustainable home located in Garopaba, Brazil. The project focused on passive environmental strategies, including solar orientation, thermal insulation, and natural ventilation.
The design incorporated solar panels, a green roof, and high-efficiency envelope materials, resulting in a self-sufficient and climate-responsive building. All documentation was developed in Revit, with construction drawings and detailing optimized for performance and clarity.
